Compact Design Image Dimension Measurement Machine With Large FOV
A100 image size measurement system is a brand new image measurement
technology of UNIMETRO. It is different from the traditional
two-dimensional image measuring instrument. It no longer needs a
grating scale displacement sensor as an accuracy standard, nor does
it need to enlarge the product image through a large focal length
lens to ensure measurement accuracy.
The body structure is simple. A grating scale that does not require
a displacement sensor. It only needs a telecentric zoom lens with a
large viewing angle and a large depth of field, a high-pixel CCD
camera and powerful background software.
Through the bi-telecentric optical lens with large viewing angle
and large depth of field, using high-speed digital processing
function, combined with high-precision image analysis algorithm,
the evaluation of dimensional tolerance can be completed at the
same time with just one key. Widely used in machinery, electronics,
molds, injection molding, hardware, rubber, low-voltage electrical
appliances, magnetic materials, precision stamping, connectors,
terminals, mobile phones, household appliances, printed circuit
boards, medical equipment, clocks, knives and other fields.
